Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Committee, today announced that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded $1,216,264 to Williston Basin International Airport. Today's funding was made available under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, passed by Congress in December to provide economic relief funds to airports to help counter costs associated with combating COVID-19.

"This funding will provide economic relief to the Williston International Airport as we continue to respond to the COVID-19 public health emergency and see a return to travel," said Hoeven.
