U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) introduced measures to reduce the spending of Bernie Sander's $4.2 trillion reckless tax-and-spend plan.

"In one week, Joe Biden will have spent more than $4 trillion of American taxpayers' money," said Senator Blackburn. "Our total debt will skyrocket to $45 trillion in ten years under Bernie's reckless tax-and-spend plan. It will leave Tennesseans with less money in their pockets and businesses will suffer from the Democrats' tax increase. We cannot afford their radical agenda."

Senator Blackburn Introduced Measures To Cut Down On The Democrats' Reckless Spending And Tax Plan, Which Include:

* Banning Biden's tax increase

* Preventing Democrats from increasing taxes on job creators, business owners and retirees

* Preventing higher energy prices for Tennesseans

* Slashing spending in Bernie's Budget by 1%

* Slashing spending in Bernie's Budget by 3%
