Congressman Dan Meuser (PA-09) released the following statement after the Administration announced that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is suspending implementation and enforcement of President Biden's vaccine mandate.

"As I have been saying all along, the Biden Administration's vaccine mandate is an unconstitutional, gross overreach of the federal government's authority. Moreover, the vaccine mandate lacks empathy for the deeply personal and religious factors involved for many who choose not to receive the vaccine. A decision that should be left up between a patient and their doctor. Unfortunately, this temporary halt continues to bring uncertainty to our nation's employers. The Biden Administration should abandon this regulation and allow Americans to make their own health decisions." -Congressman Dan Meuser
