Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) joined dozens of his House colleagues to write to President Biden opposing the extension of the mask mandate on federal transportation and urging him to reverse his decision and end the mandate altogether.

"With COVID cases in rapid decline and the science of cloth masks as clear as ever, it is time to end the practice of forcing passengers on federal transportation to wear masks. Decisions on personal health should be left up to individual Americans and not be coerced through government power."
