"With Big Oil raising prices and gouging consumers, it's no wonder one CEO recently called his company a "cash machine,'" said Rep. Kaptur. "It's outrageous. While some in Congress want to protect Big Oil, I'm fighting to lower prices and hold accountable the companies that are gouging consumers while adding zeroes to CEOs' paychecks."
