In case you missed it, Senator Braun released the following statement over the weekend regarding a federal judge's decision to block President Biden's repeal of Title 42.

Biden's own Department of Homeland Security has estimated that ending Title 42 will result in the number of migrants encountered daily at the border swelling from 7,000 per day to 18,000 per day, resulting in already-strained Border Patrol resources being redirected from drug interdiction to processing migrants.

"Ending Title 42 would triple the number of crossings at the border, and it's sad that the courts had to step in to stop President Biden from plunging our border deeper into chaos.
