As @POTUS said yesterday, we must codify Roe into law. This means the Senate must eliminate the filibuster to restore women's fundamental rights.

At the same time, here's a thread of some of the legislative action Democrats are exploring to protect women's health & freedom:

We must protect women's most intimate and personal data stored in reproductive health apps. Many fear that this information could be used against women by a sinister prosecutor in a state that criminalizes abortion.

We must also make clear that Americans have the Constitutional right to travel freely and voluntarily throughout the United States.

And we must again pass the Women's Health Protection Act: landmark legislation to enshrine Roe v. Wade into the law of the land.

We know this is only the start for the Radical Republican Party, as they aim at everything from access to contraception & in-vitro fertilization to marriage equality.

Democrats are introducing bills to codify freedoms that Americans currently enjoy.

While this extremist Supreme Court works to punish and control the American people, Democrats must continue our fight to expand freedom in America."
