Today, Governor Greg Abbott announced his endorsement of Representative Andrew Murr for re-election to House District 53. Representative Murr has served in the Legislature since 2015.
"Representative Andrew Murr is an eighth-generation Texan who is a committed conservative in the Texas House, and staunch defender of our state's most cherished values. I have been proud to work side-by-side with him to defend our constitutional rights, secure our border and protect the rural conservative values that have made Texas great. I am proud to endorse Representative Andrew Murr and encourage everyone in District 53 to re-elect Representative Murr and send a proven conservative fighter back to the Texas Capitol," said Governor Greg Abbott.
