"With this ribbon cutting ceremony for the Splash Indoor Water Park Resort, Oswego has completed a total of 10 projects to improve its downtown and become a model DRI community. Oswego's experience showcases the critical public and private partnerships needed to ensure the success of the program and spur economic development throughout the region. This success story can serve as an example for other communities as we look to the future of our DRI and NY Forward programs and continue working to build a better future for all New Yorkers."
