STATEMENT FROM GOV. MANCHIN REGARDING THE GREENBRIER RESORT
Gov. Joe Manchin today released the following statement after learning about The Greenbrier Resort workers contract ratification:
"I am so pleased to hear that the Greenbrier Resort employees, labor unions, management and the local community all worked diligently to reach an agreement on a new contract.
"These committed individuals continue to put the pieces of the puzzle together that will allow West Virginia's world-famous resort to remain a top-notch destination, and this will give them the opportunity to keep providing quality jobs.
"We know that there is still work to be done, however, today's agreement is truly a step in the right direction."
