While Senator Raoul places importance on fighting for social justice, he also realizes that such a battle cannot take place apart from an intensive effort to promote economic development in our community.
Consequently, Senator Raoul has placed a high priority on working with various business constituents and corporate citizens in the state of Illinois, with the goal of creating opportunities for those who have been historically locked out of economic opportunities.
