Congressman Carson believes the best down payment we can make on Indiana's economic future is to invest in education today. André's wife, Mariama, is a local educator in Pike Township and she sees every day the challenges teachers and students are facing. The Congressman has been working hard to cut the rising costs of college education and expand grant and loan availability and that is why he voted in favor of the College Opportunity and Affordability Act.
