I believe that self-imposed term limits by conservatives simply creates an unlevel playing field. The liberals in Congress will never agree to term limits; they use the seniority system to win committee assignments and committee chairmanships. I don't want to continue to give the liberals such an important "leg up" on us conservatives. If we were to enact across the board term limits equally applied to every congressional district, I would favor it. Until then, however, I would serve until the voters sent me home or I felt I had reached the end of my effectiveness.
