National Right to Life Endorses Pro-Life Advocate Lee Anderson for Congress

National Right to Life, one of America's leading pro-life organizations, endorsed common sense farmer and Republican nominee for Congress in Georgia's 12th Congressional District Lee Anderson citing his consistent pro-life record and criticizing Congressman John Barrow's pro-abortion voting record in the House of Representatives.

"You are a strong advocate for life," said David O'Steen, Ph.D., Executive Director of National Right to Life. "You support pro-life legislation and you oppose the use of federal funds for abortion. Your opponent, Congressman John Barrow, has compiled a pro-abortion voting record, even voting to defend the current policy of abortion on demand until birth in our nation's capital.

"Congressman Barrow voted against repeal of President Obama's health care law, which will provide government funding for health plans that pay for abortion on demand, and will result in the rationing of lifesaving medical treatments. You are needed in Congress to help reverse the abortion-expanding and rationing effects of that law."

"All life is precious," said Lee Anderson. "And in Congress, I will fight with every ounce of my being to be a strong and effective voice for those who cannot speak for themselves.

"I am honored to be endorsed by the National Right to Life, Georgia Right to Life, and pro-life advocates throughout the District, State, and Country. Together, we will stand for life and fight the use of taxpayer funds for abortions or unethical research."

"We have a tough fight ahead of us," said Anderson. "But protecting the lives of the innocent unborn is more than worth the effort."
