Dan Supports Act 1459, which will cut taxes by $120 million dollars by 2016. This act, amongst others will take effect on January 1st, 2014 and January 1st, 2015. Dan will work to ensure these acts and many others are protected as they lowers the Capitol Gains Tax, taxes for active duty personnel and volunteer firefighters as well as many tax cuts for farmers. Dan will never vote to raise taxes and will look for ways to bring efficiency to State Government.
