Griffin: Americans Made Vulnerable by Obamacare's Faulty Security "Have a Right to Know'

Statement

Location: Washington, DC

Congressman Tim Griffin (AR-02) issued the following statement following House passage of the Health Exchange Security and Transparency Act (H.R. 3811):

"The careless rollout of Obamacare before the website was fully functional or secure resulted in the exposure of some Americans' personal information and private data, leaving them vulnerable to fraudulent scams and identity theft. As the Obama Administration scrambles to clean up its mess, folks who have been affected--and those who may have their information exposed in the future--have a right to know before it's too late, and that's why I was proud to cosponsor this legislation."
