Roads and infrastructure: With the new influx of money into the highway transportation trust fund from the "gas tax," Clarence believes some of that funding must come back to our district to help rebuild our aging roads and infrastructure.

Mass transit: Our region lacks a genuine mass transit system which adds further burden on an already strained system of highways and roads. Clarence will support efforts to create more practical and accessible mass transit options as the main solution to our overcrowded transportation network.
