Growing up on a small farm in Kingfisher, Darcy knows the vital role agriculture plays in Oklahoma's economy and rural communities. A member of the Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association and the Wheat Growers Association, Darcy and his brother still run a cow/calf operation. Darcy understands the challenges facing Oklahoma's farmers and ranchers- everything from crop failures and market fluctuations to the heavy hand of government mandates.
