Issue Position

I believe in creating jobs/careers/businesses that allow us to provide financially for ourselves. This is critical to the future of Hawaii. I have three adult children all well-educated, living and working on the mainland. One of my greatest fears has been realized; I have to catch a plane to seem my grandchildren. Let us focus our energies on jobs that will create an export economy. These could be in the areas of technology, agriculture, education, hospitality, or other industries that are in synergy with our island lifestyle.
