Our political system has become increasingly corrupted and is failing the people of California and jeopardizing our future. As our next state senator, Ben Allen will fight to clean up and reform our political system.

Shine a spotlight on political fundraising by requiring 24-hour disclosure of all political contributions to make it easier for citizens to find out which donors are funding which campaigns.

Fight against corruption by working for tough, new laws that ban campaign contributions during legislative session. Senator Leland Yee was taking thousands of dollars from the contributions of special interests just days before voting on their bills!

Push for partial public financing of political campaigns to encourage small personal donations and to empower ordinary citizens to have a real voice in our political system.
