Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham announced the endorsement from the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) for her re-election bid to a second term in the U.S. House of Representatives. The NALC has approximately 275,000 active and retired mail carriers. Mail carriers are employees of the U.S. Postal Service.

"It is such an honor to be recognized and endorsed by the National Association of Letter Carriers," said Congresswoman Lujan Grisham. "The NALC represents the heart and soul of American citizens- who never fail to serve the American public by ensuring that our mail is efficiently and carefully delivered. I am honored to be included in the group of select individuals running for Congress that the NALC has chosen to believe in and work for."

"We are proud to endorse Congresswoman Lujan Grisham on behalf of the National Association of Letter Carriers," said Richard "Smiley" Martinez, President of the New Mexico Chapter of the Letter Carriers. "Michelle has been a champion for working families in Congress. Over the last two years she has stood up to the attacks on the postal service and workers and fought to protect 6-day delivery. We're proud to support her for re-election."
