U.S. Rep. Dennis A. Ross (R-FL-15), Senior Deputy Majority Whip, today released the following statement after President Barack Obama vetoed the Keystone XL Pipeline bill sent from Congress.

"It is unacceptable that President Obama continues to obstruct the construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline. This project has broad bipartisan support, not only within the halls of Congress, but also across the country. It will create tens of thousands of jobs and reduce our dependence on foreign energy. By vetoing this legislation, the president has put his political agenda before the needs of everyday Americans."
