U.S. Senator Ben Sasse, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, released the following statement after the Supreme Court blocked California's unconstitutional restrictions on religious activities.

"COVID is serious, but so is the right to worship -- and a pandemic can't undo the First Amendment. Religious liberty is foundational to America's story, and the Supreme Court got this one right."
