U. S. Representative Mike Bost (IL-12) released the following statement after receiving a positive COVID-19 test result this morning:

"Following a routine test, I learned early this morning that I have tested positive for COVID-19. I am fully vaccinated and experiencing no symptoms. However, for the safety of my constituents, staff, and colleagues, I will be adjusting my schedule for the week and isolating according to the guidance of the Office of the Attending Physician."
