"After demanding border policy changes in exchange for passing aid to Ukraine, Republicans are poised to reject the very thing they insisted upon for months. But far too much hangs in the balance to give up now.
Senate Democrats will continue to work to deliver solutions to address needs at our border--and if our Republican colleagues won't even debate bipartisan border policy, then we must proceed with the rest of the supplemental package and get aid to our allies and to innocent civilians in urgent need."
