BIDEN Issues Statement on Attack on U.S. Embassy in Belgrade

Today, Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Joseph R. Biden, Jr. (D-DE) issued the following statement on the attack on the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade:

"Serbia has an international obligation to protect the United States Embassy in Belgrade. Serbs should invest their energy in reforming their country's institutions and modernizing its economy, not degrading their nation this way."
