Through ObamaCare the federal government has taken over one-sixth of our economy and control of our health care decisions and the relationships with our own doctors. We must repeal this law and return the rights to Montana families so that they are free to make decisions about their health care. I will support all efforts to defund, repeal and replace ObamaCare.

Unfortunately, ObamaCare isn't the only abuse from the Obama Administration. Our government must stop using our resources to spy on our own citizens. The use of NSA eavesdropping program and unmanned drones is unconstitutional. The constant attacks on our 2nd Amendment rights are destroying a principle right in our constitution. Additionally, the abuse of power for political gain at the IRS must be stopped. It is time for congress to hold this Administration's feet to the fire and force the Obama Administration to live within the rule of law.
