Federal mandates imposed on us by the Endangered Species Act are destroying our industries and denying Montanans the use and access of our public lands. I am the only Republican candidate with a consistent and proven record of defending private property rights for Montanans. In Congress, I will fight to not only place control and management of our public lands in Montana's hands once again, but I will always defend our personal property from the government.
